Click on the order number to open it, and select Edit Items. Then, click on the title of the screen you wish to edit (Registration, Pre-Conference, Additional Items).

Pre-Conference Workshops
The schedule of titles, presenters, and times for pre-conference workshops is available at http://issotl12.com/pre-conference-workshops/. If you have already registered for the conference and would like to add pre-conference workshops to your package, simply sign in to edit your registration. For questions about workshop registration, contact Melissa Kocias at iuconfs@indiana.edu.
You must be registered for ISSOTL 2012 in order to participate in a pre-conference workshop.
Writing Groups

Collaborative Writing Groups Registration includes: Participation in all sessions and activities, Wine Reception (Sunday), Monday evening social activity (Hamilton ‘Ghost Walk’), Dinner (Sunday, Monday), Breakfast (Monday, Tuesday), Lunch (Monday, Tuesday), Morning & Afternoon Refreshment Breaks (Monday, Tuesday). Delegates will be responsible for their own travel and accommodation fees and arrangements. Information about accommodations is available at: http://issotl12.com/accommodations/.
You must be registered for ISSOTL 2012 in order to participate in the pre-conference writing groups. Individuals who are selected to participate in a collaborative writing group will be invited to register for the collaborative writing groups workshop on the main ISSOTL registration site as part of their conference registration.
**Up to nine subsidies will be available for students interested in participating in the pre-conference collaborative writing groups. To be eligible for a student bursary, you must be registered at a Higher Education Institution as a full time undergraduate or graduate student. Students with disabilities that require them to be part time are also eligible for bursaries.
Banquet
An optional conference banquet will be held on the evening of Friday, October 26, 2012. This event will feature a full, catered dinner, local entertainment, and opportunities to connect with other conference delegates in a social setting. The banquet will be held at Liuna Station, a beautiful hall that sits within a converted neoclassical train station built by the Canadian National Railway in 1930 (see: http://historicalhamilton.com/beasley/liuna-station/ or http://www.liunastation.com/).
Cancellation charge: You may cancel your registration and receive a full refund, less an $150.00 administrative handling fee, any time prior to September 15, 2012. Email your request for cancellation to the Conference Registrar at: iuconfs@indiana.edu. No refunds will be granted after September 15, 2012.
Letter of Invitation/Letter Confirming Registration
International attendees may need a letter of “invitation” in order to obtain a visa to visit Canada. If you need a letter confirming your registration or confirming your invitation to present, this can be provided. Letters will only be issued after you have been selected to present AND after you have registered and paid conference registration fees. To request a letter, please send an email to iuconfs@indiana.edu with “Request for letter for visa application” as the subject header. The body of this email must include the following:
- First (given) name
- Last (family) name
- Date and place of birth
- Complete mailing address
- Telephone number
- Email address
- If possible, contact info for your representative at the Embassy
Once we have received your request, we will verify your registration and payment of fees and will issue a PDF signed letter.
We strongly advise you to start the visa application process as early as possible, and to submit your application at least 8 weeks in advance of your departure date. You are also encouraged to check the processing times for the mission responsible for processing your visa, as processing times vary. Kindly note: the event organizer will not be able to contact or intervene with Embassy or Consulate offices on your behalf.

Arranged Tours
An optional tour to Niagara Falls has been arranged for delegates able to remain in the Hamilton area on the day following the conference (Sunday October 28). Please note that you must sign up for this tour through a separate registration form (i.e., it cannot be done with your conference registration through the the registration system noted above).
